Welcome to my Special Collections page. Here you will see my portfolio of images that were created when experimenting with new ideas. Both of my "Colliding Spaces" and "Psychedelic Nature" collections were created as experiments after the desire to try something different to my usual visionary creations.

Both collections are much more abstract than I would normally create but still offer the viewer enticing worlds to delve into and ponder at their mysteries. "Colliding Spaces" is an abstract examination of - as the name suggests - merging dimensions or what might happen if our space-time was corrupted and parallel dimensions collided momentarily with ours! Over the years, strange paranormal events have been recorded that seem to suggest that such a phenomenon had contributed to these events. Even if that fuels scepticism, my imagination still hovers around these possibilities. As ever, I created these intuitively and without judgement. All of my "Colliding Spaces" collection are printed on metal (aluminium) panels and are also available as fine art prints and greetings cards.

"Psychedelic Nature" is an abstract and multi-dimensional examination of the chaos in nature. By "bringing order to the chaos", twisting it all around and restructuring it with a plethora of mirror imaging and creative special effects, a psychedelic menagerie is achieved! I have always been fascinated by psychedelic art and how the riot of colour, pattern, energy and eye-popping visuals can have an effect on the mind - in these cases, hopefully, a positive effect! Here, I have created psychedelics from leaves, mushrooms, tree branches and in one, a landscape. I have included a small element of AI - that of the eye seen in images 5 and 6. But mostly, I have used the mediums of photography and digital imaging - as with all my work. This collection is available as prints under 75% recycled acrylic glass as well as fine art prints and greetings cards.
