MEDITATION CARDS



Meditation is a very effective and proven way to reduce, for example, stress and anxiety and is wonderful for your overall feeling of peace and wellbeing. It is great for calming the mind and restoring balance to the whole. Allow yourself to drift into my visionary worlds as you focus on these images. Use a spread of cards or select just one or two at random. There are no set rules, just go with the flow and see where they take you. These have already been used in meditation circles with excellent results.
