ABOUT MY PRINTS

My prints are high resolution Giclee reproductions, 300dpi or higher, from my digital artwork files. They are printed on top quality heavyweight archival papers, 300gsm or more, either in a semi-gloss or matt textured surface depending on the detailing in the artwork. I use a ten ink tank system of pigment inks with these papers, displaying a beautiful wide colour gamut to ensure a stable archival print that will last for many many years to come. I print to include a white border that will allow you to easily mount and frame the print. I will include my signature and title of the work on the front of the print. If it is a limited edition work, I will also include the edition number and a Certificate Of Authenticity. I currently use standard UK paper sizes for my prints. They are A4 - 8.27 x 11.69 inches / 210 x 297mm, A3 - 11.69 x 16.53 inches / 297 x 420mm and A3+ - 13 x 19 inches / 329 x 483mm. Please note that the print sizes refer to these dimensions. The actual image sizes will vary according to the original crop of the artwork during its creation. All print orders are sent archival protected in sturdy packaging.

PAYMENT & SHIPPING

Please take the time to read through the payment, shipping and returns policy as outlined below before ordering from the online shop. If you have a question, please get in touch through the contact page.

Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your purchase. Goods purchased from the online shop are for personal use only and should not be used for official marketing, promotional use or reproduction. All online orders are placed via PayPal - you don’t need an account. However, if you would prefer to pay by BACS / direct bank transfer please contact me by email or via the contact form. I am sorry, but I am unable to take credit card or debit card orders over the ‘phone. For customers whose payment is in a currency other than GBP, please allow for exchange rates on the day of transaction. Overseas customers are responsible for any customs charges, duties, taxes or fees if applicable and according to your country's regulations.

Your order will be despatched within 3-5 business days for prints, 5-10 business days for larger items such as canvas, framed or metal prints. This is to allow time for production as these are not kept as stock. In the unlikely event of any delay in despatch, you will be informed via email with an update. Extra delivery time should be allowed for weekends, official holidays or external events out of my control. So please allow a delivery time of up to 2 weeks for UK orders and 3-4 weeks for international orders to arrive. Shipping is currently included to all destinations and packages will require a signature on delivery. Higher value items such as canvas, framed and metal prints are trackable and you will receive a tracking number when these items have been despatched. All prints are sent archival protected inside sturdy packaging - A4 prints are sent flat, A3 and 13 x 19 inch prints are sent rolled inside a cardboard tube. I take great care over the protection of your valuable purchases, so they should arrive in perfect condition. You will receive an automated email from PayPal to confirm that your order has been despatched.

RETURNS POLICY - REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS

All sales are final and non-refundable - However, exceptions can be made in case of any damage during shipping and not due to our error. If this unfortunately happens, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving the artwork.

Refunds for damaged items: If you need to return an item for a refund due to damage in transit, please email a proof of purchase in the first instance and, if possible, a photo of the damage. Once your return is approved, received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify you that your item has been received. You will also be notified of your approval or rejection of your refund. If a refund is approved, it will be processed and the cost credited to your payment method within a certain amount of days. An email will be sent when the refund has been processed. If you haven't received a refund yet, please periodically check your bank or credit card account. It can take some time before your refund is officially applied to your account. If you have done all this, then please get in touch via email at [email protected] Occasionally, a canvas or metal print may be despatched directly from the printing company. In this instance and in the unlikely event you find the artwork damaged, please report the problem to me in the first instance and in accordance with the above instructions. I will then pass on the information to the printing company who will liaise with you directly.

Shipping the item back: You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The time in transit may vary depending on where you live and it is advisable to consider purchasing a trackable shipping service. The cost of returning a damaged item is non-refundable.

Replacements: If you wish to have an item replaced, rather than a refund (due to damage in transit), this can be done so long as the item has been returned in accordance with the above instructions. Any replaced items will be subject to the advised despatch and delivery times as stated above. The item will then be remade and despatched in line with the above shipping policy set out above. You will be notified by email each step of the way until your replacement is despatched, thereby enabling you to keep track of its progress.
