Sea Of Solaris
Inspired a little by Andre Tarkovsky's 1972 Russian film "Solaris". Just because the film popped into my mind after I had completed this. Strange how these things happen! An alternative title would be "Astral Ocean" - which I did consider - but even so, this is quite a spiritual piece with its column of intense light connecting the ocean and the sky. Note the disc shaped object hovering to the left of the light column! Strange things are happening in this piece, so something to keep the mind occupied for a while trying to make sense of it. Indeed, why should it make sense?
This work will be printed on professional grade fine art photo paper, lustre / semi-gloss with a lightly stippled surface texture. Printed with archival light-fast pigment inks including a white border for easy mounting and framing of your choice. The print will be titled and signed.
Prints are currently available in two sizes - A4 (21 x 29.7 cm) and A3 (29.7 x 42 cm). Larger prints are available on request. Cost of print includes shipping within the UK. Overseas orders will incur additional shipping charges dependent on location.
