Do you meditate? Are you looking for something to assist in your meditation? Whether you have been practising meditation for a long time or are a beginner, these cards could help with your meditation. I have often been told that my art could be a great help with meditation. So I decided to create these boxes with that in mind.
The box contains: 12 high quality postcards of my artwork, selected from my extensive portfolio, that I feel are highly suited to assist with meditation; a guide card that suggests ways to use the cards in meditation, written from my own experiences and co-written by my friend, international medium, Gayle Force; an activation card that suggests ways to activate your card pack as you would a deck of oracle cards.
There are two themed boxes available: "Portals In Nature" and "Higher Realms". See the photos attached to this listing to see what's in the boxes. The boxes themselves are handmade by a local supplier and are of very high quality. The lids snap shut very securely to keep the contents well protected. All the components were sourced from carefully selected UK suppliers with sustainability in mind and put together by hand, effectively a home made item.
Meditation is a very effective and proven way to reduce, for example, stress and anxiety. It is great for calming the mind and restoring balance to the whole. Allow yourself to drift into my visionary worlds as you focus on these images. Use a spread of cards or select just one or two at random. There are no set rules, just go with the flow and see where they take you. These have already been used in meditation circles with great results. Happy meditation!
